Tip #12: Take regular action to build your expert status. Expert status may take a while to build, but once you've started, keep going. Take regular action (at least once a week) to actively and consciously build your expertise and to share your expertise with others. Stay up on trends in your field, and make it a regular practice to share these trends and outcomes with others. You must take regular action to maintain your expert status and keep accruing the benefits!
