Get rid of items you don’t need or use. This is a good tip for home and business. If you buy a new fax machine, immediately get rid of the old one. If you get a new telephone, donate or E-bay the old one. The fewer old or unused items, the better. Plus, clearing out the old leaves lots of room for the new- and that’s usually a very good thing.
