  • When is the right time for a change?

    Although common wisdom says that sometimes you have to limit the amount of change you're going through (and I usually agree)- I also feel really called to reposition my business in a way that feels better to me.

  • Entrepreneurial Evolution.

    If you have any goals which no longer inspire or excite you, cross 'em out and replace them with ones that do! Remember, there are many, many avenues to make money. Some will be a better fit for you than others. Focus your attention on the ones that fit best, and let go of the others.

  • Be afraid to make changes. And do them anyway.

    Another way to think of it is that it's ok to be afraid of making changes. And you can do them anyway. Once you have taking an action, no matter how small, you can gain the strength and capacity to take the next step, and the next one, and the next.

  • Periodically re-evaluate your ideal client.

    In order to keep your business working well for you, take some time, perhaps once a year, to re-evaluate your ideal client. Who is this person? Is s/he the same or different than your ideal client from before?

    Deciding what changes to make in your business to make it "more right" for you should always start with a strategic visioning process around your life, and how your business supports your larger life goals.
