Benefits, benefits, benefits!

Whenever you speak to an interested potential customer, the dialogue that you need to have is always focused on benefits: the benefits the customer will receive by doing business with you. When talking about benefits, be sure to speak from your heart rather than from your head. If you can appeal to their emotions by sharing benefits, you will find it easier to complete the sale. People buy based on feelings, not features.
