Streamline your voicemail. If you have voicemail at home, voicemail at the office, and voicemail on your cell phone, consider forwarding two lines so you only need to check one voicemail box. This can be a time saver, as you don’t have to access three different systems to get your messages. Better still, if you have a VoIP line, you can have your messages emailed to you as audio-recordings. In any case, find a way to make your voicemail checking more efficient.  You might also consider a service which transcribes your voicemail to email automatically. Sometimes, reading is faster than listening.
