Outsourcing Tips part 4

Once you’ve defined your deliverables, the next step is to decide what skill sets your new employee should possess. While almost anyone can mail out an invoice, it takes a more specialized skill set to balance the books. Similarly, while anyone can schedule an appointment, it would take a more specialized skill set to administer a pre-consultation questionnaire.  Your next step is to decide what skill set(s) you will outsource or hire for now. Be sure that your expectations are in alignment with your budget- this will save you much frustration during the interview/selection process.
